Send the plans early
Send floor plans before the home is built—ideally before you bid.
How we work with builders
Plans early, a showroom meeting with your customer, one designer throughout, and scheduling built around your construction timeline.
From floor plan to installation
We would rather hear about a home at the floor-plan stage than at the end of construction. Starting early means storage is in the budget, in your bid, and planned with your customer long before installation day.
Send floor plans before the home is built—ideally before you bid.
We design customized storage for your customer and provide presentation-ready 3D drawings for your bid.
Our designer meets your customer in our showroom to review the plans, make changes, select products and finishes, and set clear expectations. You don’t need to be there.
As construction moves along, you let us know how the project is progressing.
When the home is ready—typically after plaster is complete—we take field measurements.
Your designer updates the plans to the measured rooms and confirms the details with your customer.
We install when you want the storage systems in, typically toward the end of the project.
Working together
Clear communication keeps storage an easy part of the build. These are the few things we ask for along the way.
One point of contact
Send the floor plan and your Closet 1 designer will take it from there, from the pre-bid to installation.
